How long are therapy sessions?
Most sessions are 50 minutes. If EMDR is being used as treatment, 90 minute sessions may be beneficial and produce more efficient results. I also offer couples intensives, which are typically two consecutive six-hours days plus breaks.
Where do I have to be located to be a client of yours?
I am licensed in Colorado, Arizona, and Virginia. As part of Compact Counseling, I will soon be able to meet with people living in Minnesota and Ohio, and eventually many other states. Depending on the country you reside in, I am available for international tele-therapy.
