Welcome

Reaching out for support takes courage, especially when you’re navigating grief, relationship uncertainty, or the lasting impact of trauma. My practice is a solo, telehealth-based therapy space serving adults and couples in Littleton, Colorado and across the state—designed to meet you wherever you are, both emotionally and physically.

I specialize in helping individuals and couples move through some of life’s most tender and complex experiences, including grief and loss, miscarriage and IVF journeys, and moments of relational crossroads. Whether you’re coping with the death of a loved one, struggling with the invisible grief of infertility, or wondering if your relationship can heal, you don’t have to face it alone.

In our work together, I offer a thoughtful blend of approaches tailored to your needs. This includes discernment counseling for couples deciding whether to stay or separate, focused couples intensives for deeper, accelerated work, and trauma-informed therapies such as EMDR and Brainspotting to help your nervous system process and release what feels stuck.

I also provide DUI education and therapy classes in a private, online environment that supports accountability, growth, and lasting change.

My approach is compassionate, direct, and grounded in the belief that healing happens when you feel seen, understood, and supported. Therapy with me is not about “fixing” you—it’s about helping you reconnect with your resilience, clarity, and capacity for meaningful change.

If you’re ready to take the next step, contact me to schedule time to talk.
