Therapy in Highlands Ranch, Colorado

Guiding Highlands Ranch toward healthier, happier living.

Welcome. If you’ve found your way here, there’s a good chance something in your life feels heavy, overwhelming, or stuck—and you’re ready for something to change. At my practice, I provide a safe, compassionate space where you can slow down, be heard, and begin to heal.

I specialize in helping individuals and couples navigate the lasting effects of trauma, as well as the challenges of depression, anxiety, compulsions (chemical and behavioral) and codependence. Whether you’re feeling disconnected in your relationship, weighed down by past experiences, or struggling to find steady ground in your day-to-day life, our work is centered on helping you move forward with clarity and resilience.

For couples seeking deeper, more focused support, our intensive therapy sessions offer the opportunity to step away from daily stressors and engage in meaningful, structured work together. I also provide DUI education and therapy services designed to support accountability, growth, and lasting change in a respectful, nonjudgmental environment.

Therapy is not about “fixing” you—it’s about understanding your story, strengthening your inner resources, and helping you build the life and relationships you want. Wherever you’re starting from, you don’t have to do it alone.
