Therapy in Greenwood Village, Colorado

Personalized therapy for meaningful, lasting change.

Welcome. I’m glad you’re here.

I offer a mostly online/telehealth, private counseling practice near Greenwood Village, Colorado, providing thoughtful, individualized care for adults and couples navigating life’s more complex challenges. My work is grounded in compassion, clarity, and practical change—helping you better understand yourself, your relationships, and the patterns that may be keeping you stuck.

I specialize in relationship counseling, including discernment counseling for couples who feel uncertain about the future of their partnership and want a structured, respectful space to decide next steps. I also provide DUI education and therapy services, supporting clients in meeting legal requirements while fostering meaningful personal growth and accountability. One of my niche areas is working with couples struggling with substance use disorder in the relationship.

In addition, I work extensively with individuals experiencing OCD, anxiety, grief, depression, and trauma. Whether you’re dealing with intrusive thoughts, persistent worry, or the lasting effects of difficult experiences, therapy can help you regain a sense of control, resilience, and confidence in your daily life.

As a solo practitioner, I’m able to offer a highly personalized and confidential experience. My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful, lasting changes.

Reaching out can be difficult—but it’s also the first step toward something better.
