My online counseling practice, based in Colorado, is designed to offer a focused, compassionate space where you can slow down, make sense of your experiences, and move toward clarity and healing.

I specialize in working with couples who feel stuck, disconnected, or unsure about the future of their relationship. Through couples intensives and counseling, we create dedicated time and structure to help you better understand what’s happening between you, whether that means repairing and rebuilding or gaining clarity about next steps.

I also work closely with individuals and couples navigating grief - especially losses that are often unseen or misunderstood. This includes the heartbreak of failed IVF treatments, miscarriage, and other reproductive or relational losses. These experiences can carry deep layers of sorrow, confusion, and isolation, and you don’t have to carry them alone.

For individuals, I offer therapy for trauma, OCD, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and compulsions - chemical and behavioral. Using approaches such as EMDR and Brainspotting, we work not just at the level of thoughts, but at the deeper emotional and nervous system level—helping you process what feels stuck and build a greater sense of stability, resilience, and self-trust.
