It begins with you sending me a message in the Contact section below. I'll respond with some options for a 15-minute phone call so you can hear my voice, ask me questions, and give me an opportunity to learn what you need help with. If I see an opportunity where I can add value, I'll say so and if I can't, I'll do my best to point you in the right direction. From there, you will receive intake forms to complete and we'll schedule an intake. Next, I'll determine what assessments may be needed based on more information I'll gather as we meet, and design a treatment plan in collaboration with you to meet your therapy goals. We'll work together to relieve the distressing symptoms, improve your relationship, and help you live a more fulfilling life.

For some people, shame stops them from getting help. Rest assured that every person on the globe is human, imperfect, and messy in their own ways, despite what their social media may look like. We can't be brave unless we're scared. What makes us courageous is being frightened to ask for help, and "getting into the arena," anyway. Know that I will be a good steward of your vulnerability, and in my eyes, you already "won" by picking up the phone or sending the message that maybe, just maybe, you deserve better than having to do this alone.
